Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our busy team based in Haddenham.
We are looking for a junior who will work alongside and assist our operator manager.
You will be required to:
* Shadow administration roles to gain a full understanding to enable holiday cover
* Answer and filter incoming calls
* Meet and greet visitors
* Manage the gate phone to let visitors through
* Look after visitors and internal meetings
* Open and distribute post
* Ad hoc office administration, assisting office manager where required.
You will need:
* Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Be happy to manage small tasks such as restocking food/refreshments and going to the bank.
* Have the ability to work as an individual and a team.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Time management, organisational skills and great attention to detail are a must.
* Be confident making outbound calls.
* Have outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner.
* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
* Training on internal systems will be given.
Salary 20-22K.
Hours are 8am – 5:30pm
