Customer Service Executive
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Working hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
37.5 hour working week.
Own transport is a must.
Job role:
Answering the phone
Informing customers of out-of-stock items
Taking orders
Processing orders over the phone
Dealing with customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manor
Liaising with the warehouse.
General office admin on an adhoc. basis
Liaising with Suppliers

Good IT Skills

Good communication skills both verbally and written.
Happy to go above and beyond for customers’ needs.
Good time management skills
Enthusiastic
Excellent Equine knowledge
Knowledge of country pursuits
