Wild are working with an established company based in Milton Keynes, recruiting for a Scheduling Administrator.
As a scheduling administrator you will be arranging reviews, or making amendments to schedules. You will manage enquiries from internal employees and customers. You will be checking their database is up to date and following up any sections missing or areas not matching to their system. Along with any project that may require your help.
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience within customer service and admin. You will need to previously created reports and be confident using Office 365. You must be a methodical thinker, pay great attention to detail and be a good clear communicator. You will need to be proactive and able to adapt to change. This role requires someone who is motivated and very reactive.
