My client, a leading company specialising in promotion and specialised print, are currently looking for a Part Time Compliance Co Ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis (Part time working hours, permanent work).
Working as a member of the Production Team to provide implementation & administrative compliance support for their; ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, FSC, PEFC; FSSC 22000:2018 Standards that the company hold, also Health and Safety processes, plus additional administrative support for Social & Ethical policies and procedures that apply to the production facility.
Main Responsibilities are to:
· Provide support daily to the Compliance Advisor & Operations and Sustainability Director
· Carry out various daily compliance administrative tasks.
· Co-ordinate and assist in the management of compliance at the companys production facility & storage sites, including a hands on approach.
· Conduct reviews or audits to ensure compliance
· Work closely with colleagues in the Sales Office, Factory, and all other departments in a co-operative and enthusiastic manner
· Undertake other reasonable tasks when requested by a Manager or Director
· Work within the agreed Terms and Conditions of Employment
· Actively promote process or procedural improvements
