We are looking for a Purchasing Co-ordinator/Administrator to join a growing Marketing Agency. Working within the buying department on a range of blue-chip accounts, you will be working with design and sales teams on product development from concept to delivery. This is mostly and admin position with opportunity for career progression, competitive salary and loads of other benefits.

Responsibilities

Write detailed product specifications, quality expectations and purchase orders.
Negotiate and discuss costings and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
Manage supplier base whilst bringing on new supply routes.
Work with clients, 3rd party suppliers, on-site 3rd party event staff.

Successful candidate will have

A-Level education or equivalent calibre.
Can do attitude
Experience in office
Interest in consumer/ promotional products/ quality assurance.
Commercially aware.
Enjoy working as part of a team
Organisational skills
Entry level skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, MS TeamsMonday – Friday 8am – 5pm

£21,000- £24,000 per annum .
