Here at Newstaff we are looking for a Chef De Partie to join a lovely hotel team in Aylesbury.

Whether you are looking to keep busy or to make some extra money this role would be perfect for you.

Duties will include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes.
Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
Complying with the management of health and safety
Complying with the management of food hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Shifts will vary upon the hotel's needs. You will go in for a chat with the head chef to discuss this further.
