Duties:

Undertaking more complex fire risk assessments, fire strategies, audits and surveys, other bespoke consultancy including external façade inspections, as scheduled, ensuring:

* All relevant fire safety hazards are identified and are risk assessed

* Reports comply with client protocols and with the clients' general service standards

* Reports are written up in a timely manner and in accordance with client SLAs

* Reports are carefully checked before being uploaded to Meridian

* Any post-visit client queries are dealt with in an appropriate manner and in accordance with client SLAs

* A high-quality working relationship is established and maintained with the client and stakeholders.

Essential

* Professional Engineering (or equivalent) qualifications.

* Third Party Accreditation in relation to conducting fire risk assessments.

* Suitably qualified and experienced in fire safety.

* Maintenance of relevant professional memberships
