The Role
 
The Senior Land Manager will lead on land strategy and new land opportunities. The position is a senior role within a dynamic and growing property development business, offering the opportunity to work as part of a highly experienced and close-knit team.

The Person
 
The ideal candidate will have experience in buying land for senior living sites, the ability to source off market land opportunities through initiative and will have knowledge of land purchase agreements and the associated legal process. Along with this, a good knowledge of town planning systems, the ability to Instruct and manage planning / design teams and a good network of contacts to source land opportunities.
 
Development experience and knowledge of the land market in the South Midlands to M25 is advantageous, however not essential for the right candidate. Further experience in industrial / logistics and mixed-use development is beneficial.
