Job: Customer Service Training Coordinator
Salary: £21,000 basic + Incentive bonus + benefits
Role: 12 x Months Fixed Term Contract
Location: Currently Milton Keynes office 2 x days and 3 x days working from home

Our Training Operations team is growing we now have an great opportunity for a Customer Service Training Coordinator to support our Training Operations team.

The role:
Working in a small team you will play a pivotal role where you will be responsible from helping delegates with queries through to issuing certificates for those who have completed training with us.
You'll have a range of responsibilities from Administration to helping delegates with queries through to issuing certificates for those who have completed training with us. You'll need to be able to prioritise your time and respond to changing circumstances
Responding to incoming queries both via the phone and email. You'll need a professional attitude and be comfortable communicating with others at all levels, both internally and externally.
About You:
You don't need prior experience in a training environment – we can train you on the job. You need to bring organisational skills, focus and attention to detail, excellent customer service, Administration skills and communication skills and a positive, willing to learn attitude.
