We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly Dermatology team at Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, who are focused on providing impeccable service and delivering a high quality, patient centric service.
This service is provided by Virgin Care and deliver a full range of dermatology services which include patch testing, phototherapy, and complex minor ops.

Working in an environment focused on the highest clinical and quality standards with 100% of our services being rated overall good or outstanding by the Care Quality CommissionMain ResponsibilitiesYour days will be busy & rewarding and include: working closely with our Dermatology Clinicians and Specialist Nurses to support and assist the senior team members in the provision of a high standard of care and the promotion of physical, mental and emotional health to patients.
You’ll care for patients and their families in the way that you believe is best, delivering our high service standards, sharing best practice, and actively improving the way we work.
The Ideal CandidateYou will have a level 3 NVQ in Healthcare along with previous experience in a Healthcare Assistant role within a clinical environment. You will have strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach to ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
