Our client, a fantastic and extremely busy company based in High Wycombe, who are now looking for an experienced customer service provider to join their team! This is a busy and varied role where you can really let your work ethic shine!

Role responsibilities:

* Provide a first class service to ensure patients remain happy and continue to use the service

* Manage complaints

* Ensure new patients fully understand the services provided

* Keep in regular contact with your patients

* Actively promote products and services

* Work closely with the patients’ Health Care Professional to ensure everyone is kept up to date

* Take an active part in departmental meetings

* Action reports within the time scale set

* Keep the database clean and up to date

* Ad hoc tasks as and when required

Person specifications

* Proven telephone based customer service background

* Experience of up-selling and cross selling products

* Have empathy towards patients with complex medical issues

* Be able to manage a high volume of calls

* Possess a persuasive skill set

* Excellent telephone manner and excellent written communication

* Ability to work under pressure and work to targets
