My Client, a specialist UK based Environmental Consultancy who specialise in Hydrology, Ecology and Environmental Management, is searching for a Graduate Hydrologist to join a friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes.

Candidates are required to have a strong academic background in Hydrology, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have a keen interest in Flood Risk Assessments and Hydraulic Modelling.

It is beneficial for applicants to have experience working for a UK based Consultancy or Local using Infoworks ICM, Flood Modeller or Tuflow.

This exciting opportunity will offer you the chance to join a friendly team in Norwich to complete varied Hydrological, Surface Water, Flood Risk, Environmental and Hydraulic Modelling Projects for Private Sector Clients, Local Authorities and Water Companies.

You will be expected to assist team members, check technical work and complete the following;

-Flood Risk Assessments for Planning Applications.

-Flood Estimation using FEH and Winfap.

-Hydrological Assessments.

-Surface Water Management Plans and Catchment Management Plans.

-Hydraulic Modelling using Flood Modeller Pro and Tuflow.

-Drainage Strategies.
