Property Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager based in Milton Keynes covering the with a top tier Housing Association.

Hourly rate is £20-22 an hour plus car allowance and expenses

As a Property Manager you will own a patch of approximately 1200 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. You will be responsible for ensuring all customers are happy and safe. To assist you our specialist teams are on hand, however it will be your role to ensure they deliver for your customers every time and be the go-to person on everything about your patch, we are therefore looking for people who are ready to make things happen!

The Property Managers will be expected to seek out solutions for all customers whatever their needs and will need to be able to think independently and creatively. We are looking for resilient people with energy and capability: you don't necessarily need a background in housing to undertake this role.

You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a complex workload as well as being able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service with the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the schemes you will manage. The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable.

Requirements

Local Authority / Housing Association experience is essential
Property management / Leasehold experience is essential
