We're looking for a CRM and Email Marketing Assistant to join the team here at Airflow's Head Office to create and coordinate all e-mail and CRM marketing activities and to drive sales from new and existing customers.
As an CRM and Email Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of the email marketing campaigns in line with Airflow's Brand guidelines.

37.5 hours per week.ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Previous email marketing experience and/or qualification.
Ability to use CRM 365 and HTML.
Experience in reporting and data analysis. (SEO / PPC)
Experienced in creating, scheduling, and reporting on all e-mail activities.
Competent user of all Microsoft Office programmes.
Ability to write copy content that is required across the marketing department with excellent attention to detail including proofreading. An understanding of current data protection and privacy legislation.
An eye for detail and accuracy.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Supporting the maintenance of a secure and up to date database.
Regularly importing, updating, and maintaining customers preferences across CRM platforms
Creating audiences for campaigns.
Develop strategies to re-engage old customers and drive sales from prospects.
Research and present new methods to address the needs of customers where relevant.
Take ownership of CRM data and e-mail databases ensuring data is clean and meets best practice.
Proofreading and testing email before deployment and making relevant adjustments throughout the sign-off process.
Check email templates are mobile-friendly and text-only emails work.About Company
