Contract Supervisor

Sevenoaks / Slough

Monday to Friday – Normal Working Hours

Salary – £40,000.00-£50,000.00

Company Vehicle or Travel Card Zones 1-6

We are looking to recruit for a Contract Supervisor for an office based, client facing role with a growing FM company in Sevenoaks/Slough. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of M&E HVAC maintenance contracts reporting directly to the Regional Manager. This position require great communication skills, be this face to face or remotely along with an attention to details and the flexibility to suit client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Control purchases sub-contractor/costs for their region
Respond to client requests and attend meetings when required gaining client confidence
Assist line manager with contractual targets, site visits, service visits and repairs being carried out
Ensure that sub-contractors used on your sites are carrying out work in accordance with company instructions
Generate Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Taking ownership op service levels and compliance with maintenance portfolio
Identifying, quoting and overseeing repair work within maintenance portfolio
Managing, mentoring and motivating engineering with within the maintenance portfolio
Qualifications/Job Experience:

City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Discipline
Good knowledge of M&E Systems within commercial properties
Full UK Manual Driving Licnese
Fluent in English
