Are you experienced Digital Marketing Analyst looking to join an award-winning financial service and product provider? BASIC SALARY: £30,000 – £40,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Digital Marketing Analyst – financial services
We are on the hunt for a pro-active and ambitious Digital Marketing Analyst to join our award winning, market leading business. No day will be the same in this fast paced, game-changer of a business. You will be responsible for managing all customer data for the business, generating reports, and delivering analytics and insights to support our marketing team and wider business.
Your insights will help inform and shape our marketing strategies, ensuring that we continue to dominate the market. We're investing in our business and our people and you will enjoy a home-based role with 1 day a week in our newly refurbished offices in Northampton.
As our Digital Marketing Analyst, you MUST have experience of one or more of the below analytical tools:
· SAS
· SPSS
· SQL
· Microstrategy or Tableau
Your Digital Marketing Analyst responsibilities will be broad and you'll:
· Target and profile customers, helping them identify the best products or services to select
· Provide in-depth analysis, including results of campaigns to ensure continuous growth
· Manage budgets and forecasting to ensure insightful decisions are being made within the department
· Manage digital marketing campaigns (both email and direct mail) via our CRM system
To make your mark on this brand-new role and be successful as our Digital Marketing Analyst you'll need to have:
· The ability to communicate confidently and build strong working relationships across a number of stakeholder groups – including presenting at board level
· Systems knowledge with digital analytics tools, such as Tableau, SAS or similar
· Experience of running a variety of projects using a range of methodologies
· The ability to bring structure to ambiguity and create compelling solutions and improvements to new and existing products
