Building Surveyor 
You'll be supporting a loss adjustment team with on-site surveys to enable as quick and efficient process for clients.

Responsibilities:

Carry out initial visits and assess damage to a high professional standard
Help establish and agreeing the defect diagnosis
Ensure that all Planning, building regulations and CDM Issues are addressed 
Provide the team with your recommendations.
Issue client updates
Required Skills and Experience

Need to be an experienced building surveyor ideally chartered MRICS qualified 
Need to be customer focused for both internal and external customers
Be willing to work within a team
Be prepared to understand principles of Insurance
ability to manage multiple projects
