My client is a privately owned developer who are passionate about building beautiful homes to a high specification, ranging from 2 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom houses. Due to several forthcoming launches in 2022, they are looking for an additional Site/Senior Site Manager to accommodate the increase and ensure a quality finish.

You’ll be responsible for the control and effective management of the development; maximising the performance of all site personnel and outside contractors to ensure the successful implementation of the build programme to meet deadlines and budget requirements. You’ll ensure best practice with regard to Health & Safety and drive the implementation, monitoring and compliance of the company’s Quality Control procedures.

Successful applicants will have a proven and stable career history of working for a residential developer and be suitably located to cover sites in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire
