As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with incoming sales enquiries, creating quotations and liaising with lapsed & existing customers. You will be passion about delivering high levels of customer service, ensuring customer demands are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking incoming customer queries & sales calls
Raising sales quotations
Processing sales orders
Key Account Management
Telesales calls to exiting & lapsed clients
Manage back orders
Processing returns
Meeting & greeting visitors
Key Competencies:
Experience in a similar administrative role
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Intermediate Skills using Excel
Working knowledge of SAP or a similar system
This a full time, office based role.
