I am working with a large commercial services company based in High Wycombe who are who are rapidly growing and currently offer services to 95% of Businesses in the UK.

A fantastic opportunity for a Junior IT Engineer has become available to join their fast growing team. Working as an IT Engineer you will responsible for the telephony platform and resolve any issues/tickets raised by the Support team. This is an exciting time to join their business as an IT Engineer because you will receive training and development in cloud technologies. The company are in the process of transitioning into modern day technologies and you will get the chance to get involved. Hybrid work is an option if you like to work from home but you are welcome in the office at anytime you like.

You don’t necessarily need to have experience within the IT industry but it would be great if you:

* Have a passion for IT and a clear career goal

* Self-starter and be able to work independently

* Strong knowledge of Excel

* Experience with telephony systems

* Be happy to work from home and in the office
