Team Leader- Home Based- Milton Keynes
You will work collaboratively with the management team and will be responsible for line managing the Administators to ensure there is an accuracy of data recording, robust reporting and trend analysis to ensure the team meet their contractial obligations.
You will be responsible for analysing reports and use your knowledge to work with the Management team to inform them of trends and patterns around learning curve adherence, productivity and potential risks to delivery. You will also guide the admin team to ensure that they are effectively managing team members and expectations of the customers to maintain high levels of productivity and customer experience.
You will directly be responsible for:
Line Management of admin team.
Key Performance Indicator achievement and forecasting adherence
Annual Leave tolerance adherenceOn occasion, you will be required to assist at your base location to cover the management team during periods of annual leave or absense.
Brief breakdown:
Full Time (37.5 hours)
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
£23,172-£28,900
Requirements:
I.T literate, competent in Word and Excel
High level of written and verbal communucation skills
Organisational skills
Analytical skills: Demonstrate the ability to analyse reports
Ability to work unsupervised and ise initiative
Flexible and adaptable attitude: willing to undertake other ad hoc duties as required
