My client is looking for a qualified physiotherapist to join the multidisciplinary team in one of our 3 branches located in High Wycombe, Northwood and Edmonton. This is a service for the rehabilitation of patients presenting with a wide range of physical dysfunction/or disabilities resulting from injury, illness, surgery or chronic disease. The majority of the patients are referred from third-party agencies.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the team, who has the passion and skills for delivering, and maintaining in the team, a high standard of rehabilitation.
The typical responsibilities of a physiotherapist include:

working with patients with a variety of conditions, sometimes over a period of weeks or months
*
diagnosing, assessing and treating problems
*
encouraging exercise and movement
*
advising patients on leading a healthy lifestyle
*
keeping reports on patients and their progress
*
liaising with other healthcare professionals to encourage a holistic approach to treatment
*
staying up to date with developments in treatments
*
being caring, compassionate, and patient.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Knowledge, skills and training:
*
HCPC registration with a license to practice
*
Basic knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment
*
Provides quality physiotherapy treatments
*
To show understanding of patient confidentiality
*
Well developed skills in communicating effectively with clients and other professionals
All skill levels accepted as long as HCPC registration is obtained. Looking for candidates who can start immediately so currently no sponsorship being offered until end of January
