Job Title: Highway Operative x 4

Package: £25,500 + Overtime + benefits package

Location: High Wycombe

Shift rota: – 2 days 7:00am- 19:00pm then 2 nights 19:00pm- 7:00am and 4 days off (4on – 4off)

We are currently seeking a number of Highway Operatives to work on the local Highway Network around High Wycombe; as well as Operatives, we are also seeking HGV Drivers (if you don't have HGV license the company will pay for one for you), you will be tasked with various routine maintenance and incident response duties.

Experience of Landscaping/ Groundworks/ Manual Labour/ Warehouse experience will be looked upon favourably.

Duties

Health and Safety Minded – for yourself and your co-workers
Identifying Defects on Highways
Carry out Duties as directed
Reinstatement, Asphalting, Signage, Kerbing, Concrete, excavation & Landscaping
Taking part in Emergency Response when there is crashes or spillages on motorway
The company believe in investing in their workforce, once passing probation they will look to get you further licenses and certificates, i.e. HGV license, chainsaw license and heavy machinery tickets. In turn they will also increase your salary as well as paying for these expensive courses!
