RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT – WORK FROM HOME / FULLY REMOTE

£25,000 – £30,000 + OTE £50,000 + 33 Days holiday + Other Benefits

Whilst we cover several sectors as a business, each division has experienced Recruiters that specialise in their own vertical, therefore, you'll be able to build your own reputation as the go-to recruiter.

You'd be joining the team as a Recruitment Consultant who will be responsible for operating a 360 desk within Sales & Marketing division. In addition, we'll give you'll get extra support from our Business Development & Marketing team that will help you supercharge your desk, so you can rapidly grow.

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will already be operating in a Recruitment Consultant position and will need the following experiences & qualities.

A proven track record in Recruitment Consultant role within an agency environment where you can demonstrate your historic performance results within permanent recruitment
Previously operated within any one of the following areas of permanent recruitment.
Sales Recruitment, Marketing Recruitment, Digital Recruitment or Commercial Recruitment
Tech savvy, able to quickly pick-up cool gadgets and recruitment tools
Confident communicating with clients & candidates on the phone, face to face and over video meeting platforms
A driven individual who is hungry to succeed & progress their recruitment careerAnother reason why…
