The Role

Site Engineer required for major civils project in Warwickshire. A Site Engineer would be technically savvy and work on the project to completion with additional major projects confirmed in this contractors order book.

This contractor is an expert and key player in major highway development across the country. PSR have secured an opening for a Site Engineer with experience in highways construction as well as knowledge of structures to work on a long-term scheme with a recognised civils contractor who engage in schemes as a Main Contractor. The role would be an enviable opportunity for a Site Engineer looking to develop and progress with a contractor with a large order book and varying schemes awarded from selected clients.

Knowledge of road construction, structures, bridges or heavy civils would be advantageous for this Site Engineer position.

Site Engineer Competencies

Relevant HND/Degree in a Construction/Civil Engineering field
NRSWA is advantageous
First Aid at Work
CSCS
Track record of working on similar projects or project values

Site Engineer Responsibilities

Setting out for project
Interpret and execute from construction drawings
Supervise subcontractors
Keep accurate site records and site diaries
Record ordering of plant and materials
Supervise and direct subcontractors
Produce permits, risk assessments, method statements, work package plans and task briefings
Working across operational, commercial and delivery teams for duration or project.
