New Homes Sales consultant – Buckinghamshire /Hertfordshire

*NO PREVIOUS NEW HOMES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, FULL TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN *

We are excited to be working with a renowned 5* House builder who is currently looking to grow their talented team.

What is expected:

negotiator with the ability to building excellent rapport with clients and home purchasers alike.

customer services- meeting and greet customers and guiding them through the process.

able to close sales and demonstrate product knowledge

The ideal New Homes Sales Consultant/ Advisor will need:

*

New Homes Sales experience or relevant / transferable skills within a sales environment

*

well presented with strong customer facing skills.

*

able to work to sales targets

*

to work well as a team

*

knowledge of the local area including schools, amenities and transport links.

*

to work weekends

Salary and Package

*

£18k / £25k (will go higher if have new home sales experience) basic with OTE circa £45-52k, all dependent on experience

*

Bonus Scheme

days’ holiday not including bank holidays
