Sales Office Manager – Milton Keynes – £50,000 – £55,000, Car allowance and bonus.
We have a very exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Manager to join a growing business in Milton Keynes. You will provide support to sales, marketing and technology teams by taking responsibility for all customer related processes and procedures.
You will liaise with distribution partners, process their orders and billing, assist with marketing activities and campaigns, keep tabs on stock levels, and maintain the documentation library. You will be the first point of contact for customer service queries and training, and a safe pair of hands for operations.
Ideally, you will have experience of running a sales office, preferably in technology or telecoms, with a particular focus on Inside Sales and Sales operations.
As Sales Office Manager, some of your duties will include:
Dedicated to supporting sales, marketing, and technology teams
Own the processing of customer hardware and service orders including logistics and billing
Manage Distribution Partner demo airtime and hardware requests
Maintain Distribution Partner documentation library
Responsible for all customer queries, training and escalations
Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for all products
Prioritise and distribute all sales leads from website, inbox, and social media
Assist with marketing activities and campaigns, as needed
Represent the business at trade shows and company events, as needed
Responsible for providing all supporting documentation to finance for billables and payables

Skills and experience
Excellent administrator, with proven experience in running sales operations
Highly IT literate
Problem-solver who takes ownership and will chase down problems to resolution
High energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills, with superb communication (written and verbal).
Experience running a Sales office, ideally in a technology or telecoms company
Experience managing customer hardware and service orders from receipt to billing
