My client is actively seeking an experienced Executive Assistant, to start on an immediate basis.
As the Executive Assistant you will provide a variety of professional administrative support to both the Managing Director, and leadership team.
Due to the urgency of this role, you must be confident, possess the ability to work on your own initiative, to be resilient and to be able to hit the ground running. The role will require you to maintain and build strong working relationships with the leadership team and stakeholders. Experience in providing EA support to executives and senior leaders is essential.
You must posses excellent organisational and planning skills, be highly skilled in communication both written and verbal.
My client is within the trade sector, an understanding of working with a leadership team from this field is extremely desirable.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
Ensure regular monitoring of emails and calls, to respond to appropriately
Diary management, booking of meetings, arrangement of travel including international.
Working closely with Executive Assistants within the group and industry
Input and maintain expenses for leadership team
Raising Po's for vendors, use of SAP
Managing the facilities area, including overseeing and managing of a member of staff
