Customer Service/Move Coordinator
* Salary 16 – 18K per annum (dependent upon experience)

Doree Bonner International is an expanding Removals & Storage Company with branches nationwide. We require a Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy central team. The position is based in our branch in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.
The Customer Service Coordinator is a full-time position – Hours of work: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm inclusive of one-hour lunch break.
This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the smooth running of our central administration team.
The position of Customer Service Coordinator is available immediately and would suit college leavers wanting to progress onto an Apprenticeship Scheme.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:
* Removals Experience Preferable, but not essential
* PC Literate/Pref. Microsoft Office.
* Enthusiastic person able to work as part of a team.
* Pleasant nature with good telephone skills.
* Numerate
* Email and collate returned customer surveys
* Confirm booked jobs with customer
* Handle and book in initial enquiries from potential customers
* Produce invoicing as required
* Produce job sheets
* Processing card payments
* General admin
* Internet searches for house sales / rental and leaflet
* Internet searches for developments and leaflet
* Type letters, minutes and other documents as required
