We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Executive, this is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9 am until 5pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Purpose of the role
The role will be essential in providing exceptional customer experience to all customers. Managing a busy flow of inbound calls and email enquiries.
Job Description
* Order processing for key accounts, ensure orders are entered correctly and contact the customer with any order queries
* Ensure all customer data is recorded correctly on to the CRM system
* Communicate with the warehouse relating to return items and issue credits
* Basic MI reporting, looking at trends in orders
The successful applicant will have:
* Have excellent attention to detail, organisational and planning skills
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Be proactive & solution driven
* Be a team player who can communicate effectively with internal and external customers
* Have a good understanding of Microsoft programmes (Outlook/Excel), as well as an understanding of CRM systems mainly Salesforce.
* SAP experience would be ideal!
