WORKING FROM HOME ROLE – December start until end of January 2022 – £11.74 per hour
This is a full time role working two shifts on a rotational basis and every other weekend.
Shift 1 – 9am – 5pm
Shift 2 – 3pm – 11pm
Although this is currently a work from home role you would need to be available to attend the office in Milton Keynes for training for at least 1 week – 9am to 5pm.
* Working within a Head Office function as part of a customer service team assisting through their extremely busy period.
* Handling complaint calls, diffusing difficult situations, problem solving.
* Using multiple computer interfaces to source information quickly, being able to work at speed whilst working to company guidelines and resolving complaints in a positive manner.
