Millbank are working a prestigious client that is currently looking to expand their workforce.
We are looking for a Showroom Host, This opportunity is working on a on going temporary basis.
As a Showroom Host you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all who enter the Retail Showroom, representing the brand, building rapport, understanding needs and delivering a bespoke and world class experience to each customer. Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
Meeting and greeting of customers, as their first point of contact into the dealership, ensuring they are made to feel warm and welcome and providing refreshments where suitable
Ensuring customer needs are understood and an appropriate member of staff is engaged to assist the customer promptly and completely, working under pressure during busy times and managing the customer waiting area
Alerting the appropriate member of the management team to any customer who feels they are not being adequately attended to
To enhance the reputation of the dealership at every opportunity
Ensuring the front of house is maintained to the highest standards
Controlling the equipment, lighting etc to maintain the showroom displays in a cost-effective manner
Assist in organising systems within the dealership to maximise customer satisfaction
Maintaining inter-departmental relations, thus enhancing the effectiveness of the dealership
Answering inbound calls and managing the dealership telephone system
Logging calls and enquiries within the DMS & updating CRM records, ensuring records are held in accordance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR
Assisting the sales team where required e.g. making outbound customer calls
Support at customer events as required
Administrative support as needed utilising DMS systemsQualifications & Experience:
Experience of delivering world class customer care
Ability to communicate with tact and diplomacy, together with the ability to work accurately and efficiently taking resourceful action during periods of high footfall
IT literacy essential
