About the Role

The quality manager will support the management of the Business Management System (BMS) covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and communicate changes to the business. This will also include providing technical SharePoint support to business and induction to new management employees. You will undertake internal audits and contribute to the development of the internal audit programme. Where required you will also give support to other departments and colleagues in creation of new processes/procedures. You will fully manage all annual external ISO audits to ensure compliance and raise any non-conformances as a result, supporting the business in their completion and closure.

Other responsibilities include:

Be a champion for ISO.
Management support of the BMS and its continual improvement.
Supporting the management and administration of the BMS document index, ensuring that documents are updated and re-issued as required and assisting with document amendments.
Management of Renewi Internal audit program covering ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001
Conducting / managing Internal Audits of Renewi processes and procedures to ensure compliance against the BMS across all relevant sites
Preparing and conducting the annual management review in line with the applicable ISO standards
Development and implementation of new ISO management systems as per business needs
Creation and communication of weekly and monthly business SHEQ reports
Act as an administrator to the business incident reporting system and supporting others including training on its use, assigning access details, and using data to compile reports

Salary: £36,261 – £41,805 per annum
