Experienced Assistant Site Manager required for a large commercial build in Aylesbury. This is an 18 month project.
The ideal Assistant Site Manager will be:
Responsible for supervision and coordination of all trade teams to ensure smooth and streamlined work activities to achieve the best speed and quality of the project.
Ensure that all subcontractors have a proper understanding of the Construction Programme dates and are managed to maintain them.
Preparing site reports as required for the management.
Previous experience working on commercial projects is essential.
