Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? Do you thrive on providing excellent customer service and support? We have the perfect opportunity for a fluent German or Polish speaker with support experience to join our client’s organisation and their expanding helpdesk based in High Wycombe.
The right candidate will be a team player who values the help desk customer experience as being as important as fixing the problem in the first place, and keen to use their languages within their role. However, if you have languages with good customer service or experience working with POS tills in a shop, payment terminals, printers and willingness to learn we are keen to hear from you too.
The candidate should have:
* Fluency in German or Polish as well as excellent written and spoken English
* Customer Service or Support experience (within an IT or technical environment would be advantageous)
* Highly IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
* Engaging communication skills with the ability to make decisions/ act on own initiative
