Our client has an exciting opportunity for a customer service professional to join our busy team as a Team Leader. It is essential that you have a real passion for offering a fantastic customer experience, have the ability to deliver results within a deadline and provide staff development through continuous coaching and development.
Excellent communication skills are essential as this role requires the Team Leader to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, senior mortgage advisors, team members and with the wider customer audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and develop staff in line with our CMS Charter to ensure all team objectives, goals and service standards are exceeded.
Provide an excellent service to our customer and support the team, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
Ensure regular performance reviews are undertaken with all staff and that professional records are maintained and utilised.
Develop team by identifying training needs and organising delivery of the required training whilst providing ‘on the job’ training.
Ensure the correct processes and procedures are followed and adherence to all Compliance Directives and processes.
Skills & Experience Required:
Effective people relationship skills with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maximise performance through effective consultation/delegation.
Able to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets.
Ability to organise, prioritise and handle varied and heavy workloads.
Problem solver.
Conscientious with an eye for detail.
Assertive, tenacious, strong-willed and thrives under pressure
