The school is also keen to see that you have matching A-Levels and GCSE's as you will be a role model to pupils sitting their exams. A large part of the teaching assistant role will take you out of the classroom.
You will partner with class teachers, and you will be a part of the in class learning but you will be tasked with expanding the process beyond the confines of the curriculum. You will manage small group and 1-2-1 exercises with pupils who have either exceeded or fallen short of expectations.
