Accounts Payable Assistant
Our client based in Marlow is currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
We will consider candidates with existing experience or candidates who would like to start their career within accounts but must have some education within accounts combined with some office based experience.
You will be given the opportunity to grow an develop your existing skills within this company and they are supportive of this.
The position is full time and will be based in the office full time.
Key responsibilities include:
Review, verify and get approval for all incoming supplier & freelancer invoices and employee expenses within 24 hours of receipts.
* Prepare and process payment to suppliers during the payment run
* Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
* Respond to Vendors and internal contact inquiries within 24 hours
* Maintain good and professional relation with internal and external customers
* Complete Ad hoc request from managers
* Admin, Holidays, sick leave and ensure to update the calendar when out of office
