Import/Export Administrator

£24,000 per annum
Role description
Forecasting: Anticipating stock demands based on current and future sales to maintain balance between fulfilment and replenishment needs. Analysing and anticipating market trends for the best time to purchase inventory.
Inventory management: Ensuring the business has a steady flow of stock without overcapitalizing on materials. Creating inventory reports and presenting suggestions to the Supply Chain Manager. Suggesting changes to inventory warehousing to meet increased or reduced demand.
Logistics: Plan logistics/deliveries from suppliers located in several European countries to the warehouse in the UK, liaising with all internal and external stakeholders involved in the process.
Procurement: develop and manage all aspects of the relationship with 3rd party suppliers (operational, price and contract negotiation, supplier development, troubleshooting)Supply Chain Planner Requirements
Experience working in logistics or supply chain management.
Experience using SAP (Material Management Module at least).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with Foreign Trade (Import/Export processes and regulations) Custom ClearanceRole advertised: 07th December 2021
