BASIC SALARY: £30,000 to £35,000

JOB DESCRIPTION: Lead Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer / Product Designer – Home accessories

Working closely with the Managing Director, you will be responsible for creating and driving product designs which will excite retail clients and grow product lines. This ranges from tweaking colour ranges right through to complete new product design and launch.

· Graphic Design; designing artwork, packaging, text, online content etc.
· Product Management; oversee the portfolios full life cycle, including NPD and product optimisation to include pricing.
· Photography; add content, images to our website or for print media.
· Inspiration; Get out and about to influence your designs and style, don't just rely on the internet.
· Interaction: With clients and buyers to both understand the brief and tell our story/share your thoughts.
· Create; all print and digital marketing content for advertising campaigns.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Lead Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer / Product Designer – Home accessories

You'll want to make some noise and you will have the experience to demonstrate how you have achieved that in the past. You'll most likely have some form of marketing qualification, or you will have invested in yourself to enable you to stand out, that is exactly what we would like you to do for our products.
 
To be successful in your application you will be:
· Degree educated, ideally in a design related subject.
· Commercial in your approach.
· Confident in the use and navigation of a variety of software packages, such as, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
· Able to demonstrate some exposure to photography and photo editing (doesn't have to be from a work environment).
