The main responsibilities of the role are;

Windows Servers & clients (Active Directory, Group policy, DNS etc)

Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi APs, VPNs)

Remote Access

IT Security & backups

Management of Data Centre facilities (3rd party)

Printers and peripherals

DR systems

MS Office

VoIP Telephony systems

Project management

Contract management

Staff managemen

Possessing the following knowledge & experience, would also be an advantage; 

EPOS Terminals, including card payment devices

Handheld scanners/barcoding equipment

MDM: IOS devices, Airwatch (VMware)

Remote Access (Vasco)

MacOS

Retail and warehousing experience

PCI/GDPR knowledge
