The Role & Technical Specification Overview
This is a 2nd Line service desk role will give you the opportunity to work with many different sectors at an in-depth and technical level. The opportunity to progress into project work is also available!
You should be able familiar with the majority of the following:
Windows Operating Systems
Active Directory
Azure
Hyper-V
Hardware/Software Support
Networking (Routers/Switches/Firewalls/VLANs)
O365 stack
Telephony/Broadband SupportIt would be a bonus if you had:
