QA Inspector

An exciting position has become available for a full-time QA Inspector based in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will earn £27,000 – £30,000.

Reporting into the Production Manager, this role is a new role as a result of growth.

Role Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an inspector.
Must be able to interpret engineering drawings and work with CAD engineers to interpret model data.
Be able to carry out dimensional checks using various types of manual measuring equipment.
Previous experience of using CMM would be preferable.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to learn new skills and be prepared to help out in other areas when required.
Ability to be flexible to work demands.
Would preferably have previous experience of AS9100 rules and regulations.
Role Responsibilities

Carry out day to day inspection duties to support production, including first off, interim, and final inspection.
Support the stores function with goods in inspection, including sub contract work and raw materials.
Compile and complete internal & customer FAIR reports.
Identify and raise internal NCR’s working closely with each department to resolve issues.
