Business Support Administrator – Up to £24K (DOE) – Buckingham (Nr. Milton Keynes)
Our client is a growing business within the Electrical Car industry and due to growth and demands on the business, are now seeking a Business Support Administrator.
To keep up with the demands of the business our client seeks a hardworking and proactive business support to join their close-knit team. Your responsibilities and daily duties to include:
* Undertaking general office duties and admin support to the Director.
* Support with PA duties and diary management.
* Inputting of data onto the CRM system.
* Managing work orders, scheduling installers, contacting customers and keeping in regular contact with the team.
* Raising purchase orders and ensuring materials are ordered and received to fulfil work orders.
* Regular stock take.
* Social Media Marketing and planning.
* Creating engaging content and posting across social media platforms on a regular basis.
* Managing responses and interactions.
* Creation of graphics to support social media posts.
* Writing small content pieces for blogs and website content.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* A good standard of written English is essential.
* Good organisational and administrative skills.
* An eye and flair for design/
* Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
* Good knowledge of social media platforms including LinkedIn.
* Someone who is polite, friendly and a good multi-tasker with a “can-do attitude”.
* You should be a quick learner and be adaptable whilst committed to achieving the aims of the business
