Fulfilment Administrator
Hours – 8:30am – 4:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Location – Milton Keynes
£9.50ph
Start date – 06th December
End date – 20th December

ACS Recruitment are currently partnering with a fantastic organisation based in Milton Keynes, our client is looking for a Fulfilment Administrator to join their vibrant team.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who possess fantastic admin skills and wants to join the team on a temporary basis.

Duties:

Picking, packing & dispatch orders
Responsibly for monitoring approved reward limits in accordance to internal agreement
Control the day to day fulfillment activity in respect of current campaigns, through effective planning and organization of work – including data input; order processing; issue, picking packing and posting of vouchers, and maintaining the award database.
Have a clear understanding of the current status of fulfilment campaigns in progress
Provide day to day contact for clients participants with regard to delivery of award
Maintain agreed service standards on current fulfilment campaigns
Foster good working relationships with all areas of the business so as to maximise your work effectiveness
Assist fulfilment and redemption Team Leader with administrative cover of campaignsCandidate:

Shifts: Monday – Friday 8:30-4:30

Hourly Rate: £9.50ph
