Resourcing Administrator
Main Responsibilities
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0845 to 1700
Reporting to the Head of Resourcing & People Services, you are part of a small and busy team acting as the first point of contact for recruitment activity and queries from employees, managers, and external candidates, providing a hands-on service throughout the hiring process and onboarding of new employees.

Tasks
Responsible for all aspects of the transactional recruitment process, including but not limited to posting jobs, liaising with candidates, and hiring managers and all aspects of recruitment reporting.
Provide first-line recruitment support where required and responding to enquiries.
Management of the recruitment inbox.
Administer and support managers in the use of the applicant tracking system and recruitment processes.
Provide advice on pre-employment checks and compliance requirements.
Working closely with our wider People & Culture team to ensure a smooth employee experience across all administrative topics.
Monitoring and identifying trends in employees leaving the business.
Supporting with the delivery of ad-hoc recruitment projects as required.
Ensure everything we do is delivered in a compliant way in accordance with our internal policies & guidelines, and legislative requirements.

Demonstrable experience in both recruitment administration and in providing first-line advisory support.
A can-do, customer-centric approach.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Always works with the utmost discretion and integrity.
You thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure and on multiple topics simultaneously.
