Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client, who are a main contractor on the UK's largest infrastructure project, are currently in the market for a Senor Quantity Surveyor to be based at their office in Buckinghamshire.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be:

Focusing on change management
An integral part of the commercial team, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers
Managing the team in procurement activities
Working closely with the operations teams for the identification and control of change management through design, third parties and construction constraints.
Notifying change events accordingly through the contract and negotiating agreements of both principle and quantum with the client.In return, you will be:

Extensive understanding of NEC contracts
Previously worked on change management, both principle and quantum
