We are currently recruiting for a great retail store who need a new in-store Customer Service Advisor! Our client is an established Kitchen Showroom who are extremely successful, growing and ambitious. The exciting opportunity will be for someone who can make an impact in a successful store, provide an outstanding service to customers that exceed customer's expectations.

We are keen to hear from retail assistants, or customer service advisors from well known retail environments such as sales showrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, automotive or jewellery backgrounds, as full training will be provided.

The Opportunity as a Customer Service Advisor;

Create a really warm welcome for customers and identify all sales opportunities by establishing what they are looking for.
Engage with customers from the initial enquiry through to the delivery of the product
Manager customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, plus understand who our competition is and how we differ.
You will be a great team player and should be able to communicate clearly with both customer and colleagues.
Have good administration & organisation skills
Utilise other products in store to increase sales
Achieve sales and service targets at all timesWhat our client can offer a Customer Service Advisor:
