Workflow Assistant Required!!!
Our multinational facilities maintenance clients are seeking a Workflow Assistant!

Location: HP12 3TZ (High Wycombe)
Job Specifics:
£10.44 per hour
07:00am – 12:00pm
Immediate Start
Ongoing Contract // Temp to Perm Duties:
Deal with all complaints and report them directly to the lead WorkFlow assistant
Report any faulty or damaged equipment to the workflow manager
Manage incoming/outgoing post, courier services and stock control
Support reception staff
Be able to work in a team and aloneMail sorting – make ready for collection, via pigeon holes, franking, and outgoing post made available for collection from Royal Mail
Operate and supervise the use of all mail room equipment
Maintain sufficient stock levels
Daily completion of electronic records
Report any faults
Escort subcontractors and engineers around site Requirements:
Be able to start ASAP
Basic DBS required
Willing to consider extra hours where needed
Previous experience desired but not essential
Experience in a busy office environment
Ideally experience in a post room service
Good literacy and numeracy Benefits:
