Our client is seeking an Accounts Assistant role initially on a temporary basis, but with the option to apply for the permanent position.
Monday to Friday
35 hours
9-5 (1 hour for lunch)
Duties include:-
Balance sheet reconciliations
Processing role, reconciling income to sage pay
Reconciles volume transactions
Match up income from employee spend to purchase invoices received.
They will filter and rearrange data fields and paste into a master excel sheet which then feeds into pivots so data validation is important.
Banking experience would be advantageous as you will be liaising with the banking accounts assistant to match up income to purchase ledger.
Essential:
Good excel skills – everything is on excel currently so need to be able to create VLOOKUP, SUMIF INT IF ,Formatting data and sorting fields to upload into one big spreadsheet – filtering data, clear data entry skills, data sheet
Experience of reconciliations/balance sheet reconciliations, journal posting
